Mrs. Jacqueline Starke
I was born and raised in Bowling Green, MO. I graduated from high school and decided to attend Central Methodist (College)University where I earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Education. I have done additional coursework at CMU and UMC-Columbia and have endorsements in MS general science, MS/HS earth science, K-12 gifted and I have completed the full eMINTS comprehensive program. This is my 20th year at the New Franklin R-1 School. Teaching assignments have included middle school science, social studies. Currently my assignments include: Instructional Technology Director, Gifted Education Coordinator and MS Reading Teacher.
Awards I have earned include the Joe and Donna Colvin, Excellence in Teaching Award (twice), three Who's Who Among America's Teachers Award and Scholar's Academy Teacher Recognition.
When I am not teaching or working on computers, I spend time with my husband, our two children and our pets.
